My favorite find this week was the Kirkland Signature Marinara sauce, while technically not Paleo because it's processed. It has an ingredient list that satisfies, and who doesn't have an occasional night when you need to make dinner fast!! For me it was tonight, got home from shopping at 5:30, browned some grass fed ground beef while microwaving some spaghetti squash and withing 30 minutes had a full dinner on the table. And I am happy to say, the sauce tasted great! You can tell they used quality ingredients. I usually like to buy local brands but my budget has been constraining me a bit lately and this will become a pantry staple for sure. This way I don't have to wait for it to go on sale and the price is still cheaper than any sale price usually is anyway. For those who are interested it's currently on an end cap and here is the ingredient list: tomatoes, water, tomato concentrate, onions, garlic, basil, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and citric acid.
