In case I had not had a chance to mention this in person..um...cashew milk ice cream is awesome!! In the same case as the Coconut Bliss at Coop, you can find ( for a pretty penny more also, 8.49! Yikes!) Cashewtopia cashew milk ice cream in two flavors.; Pistachio ( rich, creamy and like white chocolate) and Chocolate Hazelnut ( very Rocky Road-ish). A wonderful treat, gluten , dairy, soy free and so delicious.
