Day 3

It was a busy day, so I didn't keep track of what I ate but did stick to Whole 30.  
Dinner was yummy and reminds me that summer is on it's way.  Grilled Grass fed beef Hamburgers, served over a bed of salad, with guacamole, grilled onions and a side of grilled zucchini.  Tomorrow is another busy day, so I am making large batch of quiche so we can all grab and go tomorrow.  Hope your Whole 30 is going well.  Stay focused and don't give up, the first week is usually the hardest.  If you have any questions give any of your trainers a call.  Or post a comment here or on the CrossFit Eureka Web page.  We are here to help you succeed.
